At our clinic, we offer personalized one-on-one prescription and instruction tailored specifically for chronic disease management. Group Exercise Classes
Join our group exercise classes after your initial assessment with our Exercise Physiologist! These classes offer ongoing supervision, motivation, and professional guidance in a fun and interactive environment. You'll feel safe and accepted as you work towards your fitness goals alongside others. Plus, don't miss out on our "coffee pods" for a chance to connect and unwind after your workout!
Classes are run Monday to Thursday - contact us for times. Numbers are capped so bookings are essential.
Beat It (8-week group diabetes program)
Beat It is an 8 week fitness program that involves light to moderate intensity aerobic, strength and balance based exercises as well as education sessions on healthy living.

This life-changing diabetes and exercise program can help you get back into a healthy routine to better manage your diabetes and other chronic lifestyle conditions. Programs are only run by Beat It Facilitators who have undergone extra training.

The Beat It program is fully subsidised by the NDSS and Diabetes Australia which means you have no out-of-pocket expenses to participate. There are usually 2 programs per year run in my clinic.

Who is Beat It for?
People living with, or at risk of, diabetes or other chronic lifestyle conditions who want to increase their physical activity levels.
Whether you have exercised before or need some help getting started, the Beat It program will tailor individual exercises to your specific needs within a friendly and supportive environment.

Falls Prevention & Mobility
